Key responsibilities & impact

Partner closely with the VP Finance to define and execute finance strategy aligned with turnaround objectives.
Support key growth priorities including Retention, Pricing optimization, and New Logo Sales.
Act as a trusted finance partner to Sales, Marketing, and Commercial leadership.
Evaluate pricing strategies, deal structures, and contract economics to optimize revenue and profitability.
Strengthen forecasting accuracy and pipeline visibility.
Stabilize and strengthen finance operations, controls, and governance.
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and consistency.
Ensure alignment and compliance with internal policies, approval matrices, and contractual obligations.
Reduce manual effort and improve data quality through standardization and automation.
Provide leadership and direction to senior managers and high‑level finance professionals.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven senior‑level experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Revenue Finance
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution capability
Demonstrated ability to drive financial discipline in complex environments
Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting sales, pricing, and growth initiatives
Track record of process improvement, performance transparency, and operational stabilization
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience operating as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
