About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assess and document existing end-to-end business processes within the designated area
- Analyze current practices to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, rework, and sources of complexity
- Partner with sales leadership and commercial teams to improve processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and implement standardized, scalable processes
- Work closely with technology and data teams to ensure process designs are supported by consistent data structures
- Own end-to-end process design and continuous improvement initiatives within the designated area
- Act as a connector across sales, operations, finance, product, and technology teams
- Define success metrics, track progress against outcomes, and provide regular updates to senior leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
- 8+ years of experience in business transformation, operations, digital strategy, or process enablement
- Demonstrated experience partnering with sales, commercial, or revenue-generating teams
- Strong executive presence with proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable process design
- Experience working in a highly matrixed environment
- Experience working with enterprise platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, workflow, or billing systems)
- Exposure to sales operations, commercial strategy, customer lifecycle management, or revenue operations
