Key responsibilities & impact

Assess and document existing end-to-end business processes within the designated area
Analyze current practices to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, rework, and sources of complexity
Partner with sales leadership and commercial teams to improve processes
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and implement standardized, scalable processes
Work closely with technology and data teams to ensure process designs are supported by consistent data structures
Own end-to-end process design and continuous improvement initiatives within the designated area
Act as a connector across sales, operations, finance, product, and technology teams
Define success metrics, track progress against outcomes, and provide regular updates to senior leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
8+ years of experience in business transformation, operations, digital strategy, or process enablement
Demonstrated experience partnering with sales, commercial, or revenue-generating teams
Strong executive presence with proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable process design
Experience working in a highly matrixed environment
Experience working with enterprise platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, workflow, or billing systems)
Exposure to sales operations, commercial strategy, customer lifecycle management, or revenue operations
