About the role
- Execute and monitor routine sales reports and analytics.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of sales projects.
- Maintain and improve sales process documentation.
- Calculate and verify sales compensation and incentive payouts.

Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a business analysis, data analytics, financial analysis, or a commission analyst role within a subscription-based software environment.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Project Coordination: Experience in coordinating small-scale projects.
- CRM Systems: Basic familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems.
- Problem-Solving: Capability to identify issues and propose solutions.
- Sales Compensation: Understanding of sales compensation calculation and processes.
- Process Improvement: Interest in identifying and suggesting process enhancements.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn and utilize sales tools and systems.
- Interpersonal Skills: Effective interaction and collaboration with team members.
