- Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications to meet project requirements

Requirements
- 5yrs minimum in role plus 1yr in Agentic AI
- Evaluate and optimize AI tool usage for team efficiency
- Establish validation standards and review processes for AI-generated code
- Lead responsible AI initiatives and establish team best practices
- Design and optimize AI agent workflows for team efficiency
- Design, write, test, debug, and maintain code
- Understanding of user requirements and software-related issues
- Problem solving and mathematical analysis
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python
- Experience with relational databases, APIs, and software development methodologies
