What you’ll need

5yrs minimum in role plus 1yr in Agentic AI
Evaluate and optimize AI tool usage for team efficiency
Establish validation standards and review processes for AI-generated code
Lead responsible AI initiatives and establish team best practices
Design and optimize AI agent workflows for team efficiency
Design, write, test, debug, and maintain code
Understanding of user requirements and software-related issues
Problem solving and mathematical analysis
Proficient in programming languages such as Python
Experience with relational databases, APIs, and software development methodologies
