About the role
- Work closely with product managers to deliver high value AI powered features that enhance Enablon workflows through conversational search, agentic workflows, and advanced analytics.
- Own and contribute to the AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with product strategy and customer needs.
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and architects to evaluate feasibility and shape AI solution designs.
- Partner with UX teams to design intuitive and human centered AI experiences.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of AI solution lifecycles, from proof of concept through production deployment.
- Define success metrics, evaluation frameworks, and performance monitoring for AI capabilities.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of advances in AI, generative AI, LLMs, MLOps , automation, and AI UX design.
- Gather customer insights and market feedback to validate AI use cases, guide prioritization, and measure the impact of delivered features.
- Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders regarding progress, priorities, and risks.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of modern AI and ML concepts (LLMs, NLP, predictive models, MLOps , model evaluation, etc.).
- 5 + years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership with a focus on AI, ML, or intelligent software features.
- 3 + years of hands on technical experience in software engineering, ML engineering, or data engineering.
- Experience working with cloud environments and modern AI frameworks.
- User centric mindset and strong product thinking.
- Comfortable working in an agile environment with evolving priorities.
- Excellent communication, integrity, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe ).
- Proactive, problem solving mindset and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
