About the role

  • As a Business Analyst (m/f/d) you contribute your expertise — within the team and through direct collaboration with our clients.
  • You will join one of our six agile Scrum teams at the Ludwigsburg or Dresden location in the Accounting domain and help ensure the high quality of our software.
  • You analyze and support our accounting products across the entire product lifecycle and identify automation opportunities — both in client processes and in the development process.
  • In direct collaboration with our clients you find solutions to complex challenges and ensure our products meet their requirements.
  • You monitor regulatory changes and market trends and derive actionable recommendations for our software solutions.
  • You regularly review development outcomes and actively support test automation.
  • You work independently and cross-functionally with creative development teams.

Requirements

  • Completed accounting or tax-related vocational training or a degree in a commercial discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics, Accounting) with relevant practical experience.
  • Solid knowledge of financial accounting and/or annual financial statements.
  • Ideally experience with systems such as ADDISON, ADDISON Akte (tse:nit and cs:Plus), DATEV, or similar solutions.
  • IT affinity and interest in forward-looking technologies.
  • You are familiar with data analysis.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly.
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for innovation and adopting new technologies.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to engage in direct client contact.
  • German at C2 level and English at C1 level.
