About the role

  • As a Business Analyst (m/f/d), you contribute your expertise — as part of the team and in direct contact with our customers.
  • You will join one of our six agile Scrum teams at the Ludwigsburg or Dresden location in the Accounting domain and help ensure the high quality of our software.
  • You support the further development of our successful on-premise solution ADDISON and the associated cloud solutions, thereby driving the digitalization of financial processes forward.
  • You analyze and manage our accounting products across their entire lifecycle and identify automation potential — both in customer processes and in the development process.
  • In direct collaboration with our customers you find solutions for complex challenges and ensure that our products meet their requirements.
  • You monitor regulatory changes and market trends and derive recommendations for action for our software solutions.
  • You regularly review development results and actively support test automation.
  • You work independently and cross-functionally with creative development teams.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in accounting or tax, or a degree in a commercial field (Business Administration / Business Informatics / Accounting) with relevant practical experience.
  • Solid knowledge of financial accounting and/or annual financial statements.
  • Ideally, experience with systems such as ADDISON, ADDISON Akte (tse:nit and cs:Plus), DATEV, or similar solutions.
  • IT affinity and an interest in forward-looking technologies.
  • You are familiar with data analysis.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for innovation and the use of new technologies.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to engage in direct customer contact.
  • German at C2 level and English at C1 level.
Benefits
  • Secure future: You will receive a permanent employment contract with an international company as well as a company pension plan with personal advice.
  • Work-life balance: 30 days of vacation, flexible working hours, and the possibility to work remotely on designated days — so the job fits your life.
  • Working abroad: You can work flexibly abroad for up to 20 days within a twelve-month period.
  • Career development: We support you with structured onboarding, learning on the job, international career options, and internal and external training.
  • Health & social commitment: Our corporate benefits program offers everything from JobRad to life and pension advice. In addition, you receive an extra day off, the Volunteer Day, to support social projects.
  • Modern work environment: You work with high-performance IT equipment at modern workstations with a shared-desk system, free beverages, and in well-connected office buildings.
  • Team spirit: At our employee events and through our employee referral program you will experience real camaraderie. Short decision-making paths, flat hierarchies, and room for your ideas are a matter of course.
