About the role

  • Support end-to-end administrative workflows to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Maintain and improve operational process documentation.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Salesforce, SAP, and other internal systems.
  • Support data integrity initiatives within sales systems.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, leadership and finance teams to facilitate approvals and ensure alignment.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Provide operational support that enables the sales team to focus on strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years' experience in sales operations
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
  • Project Coordination: Experience in coordinating small-scale projects
  • CRM Systems: Basic familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems
  • Financial Systems: Basic familiarity with SAP or similar financial systems and strong mathematical skills
  • Hands on experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Problem-Solving: Capability to identify issues and propose solutions
  • Process Improvement: Interest in identifying and suggesting process enhancements
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn and utilize sales tools and systems
  • Interpersonal Skills: Effective interaction and collaboration with internal teams and external customers.
