- Proactively seek out and identify potential clients and opportunities
- Evaluate and qualify leads to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to prospective clients' needs
- Conduct compelling presentations showcasing value and benefits
- Handle negotiations and guide clients through the sales process
- Maintain and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years of field sales experience or related experience
- Proven sales experience in acquiring new business and closing complex deals
- Strong negotiation skills with hospital leadership, IT, and procurement
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with SAAS Sales in Healthcare
- Knowledge of hospital quality improvement industry preferred
- Ability to collaborate across departments and work autonomously
