About the role

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of up to 10 Account Executives, throughout out The Benelux and Italy, ensuring consistent execution and professional growth.
  • Carry both an individual quota and the team quota for the Italian and Benelux market, driving strategic deals while supporting your team’s success.
  • Ensure alignment and cooperation the account executives of the Libra team and the local business units Benelux and Italy
  • Partner with Sales Operations, management, Finance, Local Customer Success and Marketing to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • support hiring top talent together with the Head of Sales of Libra and the local business units.
  • Define and execute regional sales strategies together with the Head of Sales of Libra and the local business units. Including regular account planning, and pipeline management.
  • Monitor KPIs, forecast accurately, and implement best practices for deal qualification and progression.
  • Collaborate with Legal Engineering and Marketing to deliver impactful demos, pilots, and tailored AI workflows.
  • Share insights from the field to influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
  • Foster a high-trust, high-performance environment focused on results and continuous learning.
  • Monitor KPIs across acquisition, activation, and retention — and translate data into actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including 3+ years in a leadership role managing enterprise sales teams
  • Proven success in exceeding quotas and leading teams to achieve ambitious targets
  • Strong experience with complex, multi-stakeholder deals and strategic account planning
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and develop sales talent in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence engaging C-level decision-makers in legal, compliance, or professional services
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and structured with a passion for building and scaling
  • Native-level Dutch and or French and fluent English, Italian is a bonus
