About the role
- Manage the EVP & GM’s complex calendar, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Partner with the EVP & GM to prioritize initiatives and ensure execution against business objectives.
- Drive cross-functional projects, monitor progress, and escalate risks or delays.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
- Draft executive-level communications, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure leadership meetings are structured, outcomes are documented, and follow-ups are tracked.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5 administrative professionals.
- Oversee scheduling and logistics for leadership and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative management and executive support for senior leaders.
- Experience in strategic coordination or Chief of Staff responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Italian language skills would be highly appreciated).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate across global teams.
