About the role

  • Manage the EVP & GM’s complex calendar, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Partner with the EVP & GM to prioritize initiatives and ensure execution against business objectives.
  • Drive cross-functional projects, monitor progress, and escalate risks or delays.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
  • Draft executive-level communications, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure leadership meetings are structured, outcomes are documented, and follow-ups are tracked.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5 administrative professionals.
  • Oversee scheduling and logistics for leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative management and executive support for senior leaders.
  • Experience in strategic coordination or Chief of Staff responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Italian language skills would be highly appreciated).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate across global teams.
