Business Intelligence Developer

• Responsible for effective data analysis across several data sources and repositories
• Work closely with business users and leadership to define reporting requirements
• Help to understand underlying trends and patterns within the data
• Produce actionable insights to aid supported business units achieve their operational goals
• Perform statistical analysis and build statistical models in R and/or Python
• Write ETL code and build data visualization and reporting solutions
• Collaborate with and support other members of the Insights & Instrumentation Team
• Partner with key stakeholders to define business requirements
• Provide ad hoc analysis to deliver needed data and insights
• Recommend process improvements and suggest alternatives towards continuous improvements
