• Create environment , FX concepts, props, weapons and armour concepts
• Provide high quality concept art that fits the project’s realistic and dark style
• Communicate with all departments (3D, Animation etc.), in order to track the assets you designed throughout the whole development pipeline.
• Offer and receive constructive feedback to improve our team results
• Being a proactive point of contact between other teams and concept art to dress the world in a way that makes it fun to play, beautiful, and easy to iterate on.
