About the role

  • The primary focus is on looking after our tenants in the residential complexes in Fürth and Nürnberg
  • Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance
  • Supervising the work of external contractors
  • Maintenance of outdoor areas
  • Monitoring snow and ice removal during winter
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with safety obligations (Verkehrssicherungspflichten)
  • Conducting preliminary and final inspections and handovers of apartments
  • Supporting the commercial staff with rental matters
  • Assisting the technical staff with renovation and modernization measures

Requirements

  • You have a vocational/trade or technical qualification
  • You possess a cross-disciplinary basic understanding of building services (facility systems) and strong practical/handyman skills
  • You hold a Class B driving licence and have your own car
  • Proficiency with MS Office products and electronic tools such as a tablet and smartphone is required
  • You have very good German communication skills
  • You are customer-oriented, cost-conscious and enjoy working in a team
