About the role

  • Help with researching events and supporting recommendations on which events to attend.
  • Lead the day-to-day coordination and planning for Wodify events.
  • Take the lead on event logistics, including booking travel, managing booth materials, coordinating shipments, and preparing checklists/run-of-show so every event feels organized and intentional.
  • Travel to and attend ~1 fitness or wellness event per month to capture videos, interviews, photos, and real-time stories—and build a reusable library of content from each event.
  • Assist with executing integrated marketing campaigns across various digital channels (social, email, and webinars).
  • Support email marketing and automation efforts, including basic setup, scheduling, QA/testing, and list management (as needed).
  • Support webinars: setup, attendee sign up, reminder communications, and attendee engagement during live sessions.
  • Take on special projects such as audience or competitor research, channel and content audits, campaign support, and pulling insights that help the marketing team make smarter decisions.
  • Learn how to use HubSpot (or bring your HubSpot skills) to help the marketing team execute campaigns and stay organized.
  • Collect marketing KPIs and performance data to create biweekly marketing reports.
  • Help produce and update important, well-designed decks and materials for the sales team.
  • Write, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
  • Produce lightweight video edits including Reels, UGC-style videos, and product teasers.
  • Reply to comments and DMs with warmth, clarity, and fast turnaround to keep our community feeling seen and supported.
  • Track cultural trends in fitness, wellness, small business, and SaaS—and turn them into timely, relevant, on-brand content.
  • Monitor competitor channels and social conversations to identify opportunities and content gaps.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing-related role.
  • Experience managing social media accounts for a brand.
  • Strong video editing capabilities for short-form, social-first content.
  • Proven ability to work with AI tools to develop original ideas
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong eye for detail.
  • Experience in the fitness industry e.g.CrossFit, HYROX, boutique fitness, martial arts, or similar.
  • Experience coaching fitness classes.
  • Comfortable using HubSpot, WordPress, Asana and Canva.
  • Love spreadsheets as much (or nearly as much!) as you love creating content.
  • Proven ability to use project management tools for your project management and coordinating team activities.
  • Proactive, curious, and creative—eager to experiment and iterate.
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to travel monthly for industry events that fall on weekends.
  • Comfortable being on camera and capturing candid content.
  • You must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
