  • Implement, maintain, and optimize robust SAP Payroll solutions
  • Ensure accurate processing and compliance with statutory regulations
  • Analyze payroll logs and debug schemas
  • Execute annual year-end activities and updates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in processing, configuration, and RICFEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflow)
  • Deep hands-on expertise in Custom Developments: PCRs, custom REST/SOAP integrations
  • Expertise in Enhancements & Objects: BADIs, BAPIs, BDCs, User-Exits, Smart Forms, HR Forms, and Adobe Forms
  • Knowledge of Data transfer, Connectivity & Integrations: APIs, RFCs, Web Dynpro, OData Services
  • Experience in Payroll Processing: End-to-end statutory payroll execution
  • Ability to manage payroll posting to Finance and DME processes
  • Skills in analyzing payroll logs, debugging schemas, and custom programs
  • Experience in executing annual year-end activities
  • Understanding of SuccessFactors ECP framework
  • Knowledge of absence and work schedule configurations
  • Practical knowledge of the Payroll Control Center (PCC)
  • SAP Certified Application Associate in Employee Central or ECP
  • Backend knowledge on CDS Views and AMD.
  • Graduate
