Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of hands-on experience in processing, configuration, and RICFEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflow)
Deep hands-on expertise in Custom Developments: PCRs, custom REST/SOAP integrations
Expertise in Enhancements & Objects: BADIs, BAPIs, BDCs, User-Exits, Smart Forms, HR Forms, and Adobe Forms
Knowledge of Data transfer, Connectivity & Integrations: APIs, RFCs, Web Dynpro, OData Services
Experience in Payroll Processing: End-to-end statutory payroll execution
Ability to manage payroll posting to Finance and DME processes
Skills in analyzing payroll logs, debugging schemas, and custom programs
Experience in executing annual year-end activities
Understanding of SuccessFactors ECP framework
Knowledge of absence and work schedule configurations
Practical knowledge of the Payroll Control Center (PCC)
SAP Certified Application Associate in Employee Central or ECP
Backend knowledge on CDS Views and AMD.
