About the role
- Building a sales strategy for UK/Europe region for HI Tech & Professional Services
- Generating leads, assessing opportunities, and creating solutions
- Overseeing the bid process to create winning proposals
- Developing new accounts and opening opportunities using personal contacts
- Leading responses to RFIs, RFPs, RFQs for clients
- Managing ongoing client relationships through steering committee reviews
Requirements
- A Masters degree in business or statistics preferable
- 10 to 15 years of industry knowledge and/or sales experience, with at least a few years in a senior capacity in UK-based HI Tech or Professional Services Firms
- In-depth knowledge of the HPS market in the UK and a thorough understanding of offshoring processes
- Strong connections in the industry and experience with outsourcing
- A track record of initiative, creativity, and motivation to meet performance goals
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage sales process and forecast with precision
