About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Building a sales strategy for UK/Europe region for HI Tech & Professional Services
  • Generating leads, assessing opportunities, and creating solutions
  • Overseeing the bid process to create winning proposals
  • Developing new accounts and opening opportunities using personal contacts
  • Leading responses to RFIs, RFPs, RFQs for clients
  • Managing ongoing client relationships through steering committee reviews

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A Masters degree in business or statistics preferable
  • 10 to 15 years of industry knowledge and/or sales experience, with at least a few years in a senior capacity in UK-based HI Tech or Professional Services Firms
  • In-depth knowledge of the HPS market in the UK and a thorough understanding of offshoring processes
  • Strong connections in the industry and experience with outsourcing
  • A track record of initiative, creativity, and motivation to meet performance goals
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage sales process and forecast with precision
