About the role
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Prophet ALM models to support risk and capital management.
- Interpret data, assumptions, application codes, and model outputs, providing validation and clear explanations.
- Review outputs prepared by the team and ensure accuracy through thorough documentation.
- Conduct results analysis, including variance, scenario, and sensitivity testing, to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of work experience in actuarial modeling or ALM.
- Graduate or Master’s degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, or Economics.
- Minimum 4 actuarial exams from IAI, SOA, or IFoA.
- Strong knowledge of Prophet is plus, or anyother actuarial softwares(GGY Axis, MG ALFHA etc.,) and ALM modeling techniques.
- Understanding of life insurance products and actuarial principles.
- Proficiency in Excel, VBA, and familiarity with SQL or Python for data handling is plus.
