About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop integrated influencer strategies aligned with media and communications plans.
  • Build strategic frameworks, content pillars, clusters, tiering, and define the ideal creator squad.
  • Generate insights from data, cultural trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Define KPIs together with BI and monitor optimization opportunities during campaigns.
  • Prepare strategic presentations and defend recommendations to clients.
  • Map and select creators aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Evaluate creator profiles qualitatively and quantitatively using tools and indicators (CreatorIQ, Tagger, proprietary metrics, etc.).
  • Develop the strategic rationale for creator recommendations.
  • Present and defend the casting to clients.
  • Request quotes and lead commercial negotiations with approved creators.
  • Balance casting quality, available budget, and financial efficiency.
  • Maintain close relationships with influencer agencies and representatives.
  • Organize the information necessary for handoff to Production and Operations.
  • Work in partnership with Media, BI, Production, and Account teams to ensure an integrated operation.
  • Ensure all teams have context and clear direction before execution begins.
  • Participate in campaign checkpoints, proposing optimizations when necessary.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress.
  • Experience in advertising agencies.
  • Knowledge of and experience in the influencer market within an advertising agency.
  • Experience in digital media planning and buying.
  • Familiarity with Excel.
