About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and optimize campaigns with a focus on conversion, ROI and ROAS;
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Build reports and presentations with strategic recommendations;
  • Manage client relationships directly, leading alignments and results presentations;
  • Ensure monitoring of operational and financial processes related to campaigns;
  • Support the development of the team's interns, acting as a day-to-day technical reference.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience in performance media;
  • Experience in Retail Media and/or e-commerce;
  • Knowledge of the Amazon Ads, Mercado Livre Ads, Magalu Ads and Via Ads platforms.
