About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Operate in the Central-West region of Brazil
Ensure weekly/monthly sales quotas and expected KPIs are met
Identify and research prospective new customers
Create and execute lead generation strategies
Build and maintain a healthy new-customer sales pipeline in HubSpot
Develop sales presentations and product demonstrations
Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers
Lead negotiations to close deals
Stay up to date on industry trends
Provide regular reports on sales activities
Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B software sales
Deep knowledge of the clinical laboratory industry, including pathology, cytology and related areas
Demonstrated ability to generate high-quality leads through multiple channels, including prospecting and networking
Proven experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Strong presentation and communication skills
Proficiency in negotiation techniques and experience closing complex deals
Ability to analyze data and market trends
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
