About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Operate in the Central-West region of Brazil
  • Ensure weekly/monthly sales quotas and expected KPIs are met
  • Identify and research prospective new customers
  • Create and execute lead generation strategies
  • Build and maintain a healthy new-customer sales pipeline in HubSpot
  • Develop sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Lead negotiations to close deals
  • Stay up to date on industry trends
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B software sales
  • Deep knowledge of the clinical laboratory industry, including pathology, cytology and related areas
  • Demonstrated ability to generate high-quality leads through multiple channels, including prospecting and networking
  • Proven experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in negotiation techniques and experience closing complex deals
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
