About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop strong customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, particularly at the start of the customer journey with WM
- Work closely with the sales team and customers to ensure successful onboarding
- Conduct Sales Rep to OBC customer transition meetings to handle onboarding
- Review and verify customer setup information
- Contact customers before delivery to confirm delivery date
- Verify container delivery in MAS and review routing to confirm service day
- Contact customers to confirm receipt of container and review scheduled service day
- Follow up after first service to confirm completion to the customer's satisfaction
- Review invoices with customers and ensure service levels and contamination charges are correct
- Conduct OBC to account manager customer transition meetings to handle future needs and concerns
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must live and work in the US
- Must live within 50 miles of the Phoenix business unit
- Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience
- 2 years of experience in customer service (in addition to education requirement)
- Ability to perform repetitive motions
- Eye/hand/foot coordination
- Ability to sit, talk, and hear
- Standard office equipment proficiency (computers, phones, copy machines, etc.)
