About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop the Account Success Representative and Digital Sales Support team
- Establish goals, performance expectations, and customer success metrics
- Drive execution of customer success strategies aligned with organizational objectives and retention goals
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities
- Ensure proactive account management and identify customer risks and opportunities
- Monitor customer portfolio health, KPIs, satisfaction trends, renewal readiness, and account engagement metrics
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Service, and other business partners on customer onboarding, adoption, and ongoing support
- Develop talent through workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning, and career development initiatives
- Foster accountability, collaboration, communication, best-practice sharing, and continuous improvement
- Use customer insights, performance data, and industry trends to identify process improvements and support strategic objectives
- Ensure accurate customer documentation, account records, renewal tracking, and policy compliance
- Manage escalated customer concerns and complex account issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must live and work in the US
- Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four years of relevant experience
- 5 years of experience in management or leadership positions (in addition to education requirement)
- Must have, or be willing to obtain, a REAL ID or TSA-approved alternative if required for air travel or access to federal property
