About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Consult and foster strategic partnerships with business partners to develop talent strategies.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, job-related events, and networking to build passive talent pipelines.
- Screen applicants against job requirements and business needs.
- Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders on candidate-pool strategies and Go-To-Market Recruiting strategies.
- Report and analyze requisition history, candidate and labor-market data, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate virtual interviews.
- Forecast talent needs with hiring managers and HR and build proactive pipelines.
- Attract and engage candidates by explaining compensation, benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Negotiate and extend employment offers and partner with the pre-employment team on onboarding.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including candidate dispositioning and document retention.
- Participate in educational programs, recruiting-related meetings, and information exchanges to support professional growth.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four years of relevant experience
- 5 years of relevant work experience in addition to the education requirement
- 7 to 10 years in high-volume field front-line and/or corporate professional recruiting preferred
- Ability to build strategic partnerships across teams
- Experience supporting critical hiring projects under tight deadlines
- Ability to provide coordination oversight across recruiting teams
- Curiosity and aptitude to learn new roles and disciplines
- Compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- Must have or be willing to obtain a REAL ID or TSA-approved alternative if required for business air travel or federal-property access
