About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain and develop existing hospital customers through ethical service, business growth, customer satisfaction, and retention strategies
  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional services and increase revenue within customer portfolios
  • Conduct weekly outbound customer outreach calls
  • Conduct client care visits and build long-term customer partnerships
  • Conduct regular strategic account reviews to assess service needs and usage trends
  • Formulate strategies to retain customers where revenue may be decreasing
  • Handle and resolve customer issues and concerns promptly
  • Complete weekly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports
  • Participate in WMHS sales and other training
  • Participate in special projects and promotional campaigns under sales leadership direction
  • Maintain security and safety standards and follow company policies and procedures
  • Liaise with customers to understand product and service requirements
  • Establish relationships with current and potential customers in the assigned territory
  • Exceed customer expectations as a Helpful Expert
  • Partner with the Service Manager on retention and customer issues
  • Debrief service issues with the Service Manager, Operations Manager, and CSRs
  • Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must live and work in the US
  • Must reside in the greater Metro Atlanta, GA area
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales is preferred but not required
  • Industry experience equivalent may substitute for the preferred degree
  • 4 years of account management experience
  • Must maintain WMHS policies, standards, and practices
  • Must adhere to WMHS’s Vision, Mission, and Values
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a REAL ID or TSA-approved alternative if required for business air travel or federal property access
