About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- oversees all activities of the Hospital Services Technicians
- manages the time schedules and collection efficiency of the Hospital Services Technicians
- selects, trains, manages and develops an effective and efficient Services staff
- provides site supervision of On-Site Service Technicians at multiple locations
- coordinates delivery and pick-up with MAE, outside vendors, and others as required
- travels within the assigned area to visit client sites to proactively & professionally resolve customer service questions, problems, and issues
- performs other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 2 years of related work experience
- 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Valid Driver's License
