About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Direct all aspects of a service area within an assigned vertical line of business "LOB."
- Provide a comprehensive range of innovative and cost-effective environmental solutions.
- Manage profit and loss, budgeting, operations, ISO programs, and service execution.
- Supervise employee work and development activities within sites.
- Develop bids and quotes for projects and assess financials.
- Oversee compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Document best practices and implement at customer locations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Environmental Sciences, Accounting, Business or related field, or in lieu of degree
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience.
- 7 years of relevant work experience in project/business work within the environmental or industrial services industry (in addition to education requirement).
- Valid Drivers License
- RCRA and DOT regulatory compliance experience required upon hire
- OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER Certification required upon hire
