About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides strategic leadership across HR technology, product delivery, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Establishes, owns, and executes a product vision and roadmap
- Partners with HR Technology leadership and business stakeholders to translate strategy into product roadmaps
- Serves as a strategic advisor to business stakeholders, providing guidance on technology capabilities and process transformation
- Identifies opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness through process optimization
- Establishes governance processes for solution delivery
- Leads project planning and execution
- Implements and maintains delivery frameworks that support operational excellence
- Drives continuous improvement by analyzing workflows and developing process maps
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Information Systems, Business Administration or similar area of study
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant experience
- 7 years of prior work experience (in addition to education requirement) and
- 3 years of supervisory experience
