About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise assessment and coaching programs and initiatives
  • Performs needs analysis, program design, evaluation, project management, and research on current trends and best practices
  • Makes recommendations for improvements or additional programs in the expertise area
  • Maintains existing assessment and coaching programs and processes to support talent strategy
  • Leveraging communication to build HR Business Partner, manager and employee capability
  • Collaborates cross-functionally to ensure alignment and integration with other projects/programs
  • Proposes new programs to support future talent management needs
  • Partners with HR Technology team to maximize technologies for Talent Management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience
  • 5 years in Talent Management, Assessments, Coaching, Development planning and programs, mentoring, Learning or Organization Development and experiences with Talent Review, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Career Development, Career Pathing, and Skills/Competency management
  • Experience administrating, executing, and supporting organization-wide talent management programs. With a specific focus on assessments and coaching.
