About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Providing strategic guidance towards the compliant, safe and efficient handling and processing of all Waste Streams contracted by the facility(s)
- Monitoring the performance of operational efficiencies
- Assisting in ensuring that performance and cost goals are being achieved
- Providing strategic consultative resources to hospital staff
- Managing all contracted waste streams,
- Conducting Surveys for customers
- Project managing implementation of new compliance-based services
- Developing and delivering customized training for contract implementation and maintenance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry, or the equivalent in project/customer management experience
- Excellent working knowledge of medical waste issues and the healthcare industry
- Consultative skills to effectively deal with customers
- Confident with public speaking duties
- Functional experience with Microsoft products including PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams
- Bachelor's Degree with experience in healthcare discipline preferred, or the equivalent in related work experience
