About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Providing strategic guidance towards the compliant, safe and efficient handling and processing of all Waste Streams contracted by the facility(s)
Monitoring the performance of operational efficiencies
Assisting in ensuring that performance and cost goals are being achieved
Providing strategic consultative resources to hospital staff
Managing all contracted waste streams,
Conducting Surveys for customers
Project managing implementation of new compliance-based services
Developing and delivering customized training for contract implementation and maintenance

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 years of experience in the healthcare industry, or the equivalent in project/customer management experience
Excellent working knowledge of medical waste issues and the healthcare industry
Consultative skills to effectively deal with customers
Confident with public speaking duties
Functional experience with Microsoft products including PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams
Bachelor's Degree with experience in healthcare discipline preferred, or the equivalent in related work experience
