About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Designs, develops, produces and modifies learning/training programs
Leads instructional design projects from inception to completion
Consults with subject matter experts, project sponsors and staff on instructional design and learning objectives
Leads in the development of instructional strategies, course materials, assessment techniques, appropriate integration of instructional technologies and best practices
Designs and produces learning materials in a variety of formats including print, graphics, audio, video, animation and multimedia
Provides specialized and advanced assistance to staff in technology tools and methods
Researches and makes recommendations on educational best practices, instructional resources, instructional technologies and multimedia hardware/software
Designs, develops, and delivers specialized and advanced workshops and training to employees
Conducts assessment and analysis to identify development needs and effectiveness of training
Communicates and develops working relationships with vendors

Requirements

Master's Degree in field
Bachelor's Degree in related area
No experience 5-7 years’ experience or
