About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Designs, develops, produces and modifies learning/training programs
  • Leads instructional design projects from inception to completion
  • Consults with subject matter experts, project sponsors and staff on instructional design and learning objectives
  • Leads in the development of instructional strategies, course materials, assessment techniques, appropriate integration of instructional technologies and best practices
  • Designs and produces learning materials in a variety of formats including print, graphics, audio, video, animation and multimedia
  • Provides specialized and advanced assistance to staff in technology tools and methods
  • Researches and makes recommendations on educational best practices, instructional resources, instructional technologies and multimedia hardware/software
  • Designs, develops, and delivers specialized and advanced workshops and training to employees
  • Conducts assessment and analysis to identify development needs and effectiveness of training
  • Communicates and develops working relationships with vendors

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's Degree in field
  • Bachelor's Degree in related area
  • No experience 5-7 years’ experience or
