About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform assigned day-to-day issues/tasks related to the Vendor contracts
- Schedule and assist in any internal oversight or external regulatory audits
- Provide ongoing communication to all parties
- Support internal team and external vendors with on-boarding process of all new vendors
- Obtain quotes, negotiate and/or procure service costs
- Assist with awarding of services and contracts
- Execute all CPI, regulatory or disposal cost adjustments
- Maintain the cost grid and informational databases
- Assist in the development of RFIs, RFPs and business cases
- Interact with both internal customers and external vendors to resolve issues
- Responsible for reconciling and settling escalated AP inquiries
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
- One (1) year of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement)
