About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for profitable growth and continuous improvement of WM sales results
- Partners with Area Sales Directors to execute programs for both Field-based and Inside Sales Segments
- Functions as the lead for implementation of SMB Field-based and Inside Sales segment initiatives
- Promotes communication and coordination within the Area’s sales organization
- Provides guidance to accelerate growth and guide the teams for success
- Engages in budget and planning process for sales target setting
- Analyzes data to identify growth and price related opportunities
- Partners with Marketing on demand generation activities
