Sales Coordinator, Data Entry Clerk
WMSales Coordinator assisting with sales programs and data entry in a hybrid role for WM in Davie, FL. Coordinating between Sales and other departments while maintaining organized records and reports.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinates Sales programs and acts as a liaison between Sales and other departments.
- Performs basic clerical and statistical reporting for Sales on a daily basis. Provides detailed reports to the sales force on ranking, and monitors rankings on a monthly basis.
- Heavy data entry. Must be proficient on various systems and accurate.
- Reviews system changes and preparation of mail campaigns and endorsement agreements for National Account Programs.
- Processes sales rep’s paperwork. Does various functions for the sales reps.
- Taking sales rep’s calls to assist them. May need to call a customer for clarification or more information in order to process paperwork.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED or High School Equivalency (accredited).
- 2 years previous work experience (in addition to education requirement).
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Data entry experience required
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
