Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct sales processes associated with closing new customer sales for Temporary Roll-off and Bagster services.
Achieve budgeted closing and productivity goals by performing customer touchpoints through a dedicated queue.
Receive inbound calls and perform some outbound calls supporting the customer base.
Present WM products and services benefitting the customer through needs-based selling.
Offer, quote and close prospective customer sales using knowledge of WM products and services.
Influence customers to buy product by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations.
Ensure timely closure of sale by promptly and accurately recording names, addresses, and purchases within the WM system.
Propose customer solutions that are compliant with appropriate local, state, and federal regulations.
Demonstrate excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
2 years of relevant B2B experience in Sales (in addition to education requirement)
