Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in managing strategic supply chain projects
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • Help mitigate project risks and implement strategies for successful outcomes
  • Facilitate area Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
  • Manage project budgets and drive cost reduction initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal customers
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collect, analyze, and report data on project outcomes and supplier metrics
  • Collaborate with functional subject matter experts and business units

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
  • High School Diploma/GED and four (4) years of relevant work experience
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in supply chain project management, procurement, or related roles
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) or CASCPM desirable
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Demonstratable interpersonal and communication skills
  • General knowledge of project management, financial analysis, and purchasing
  • Solid analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience with strategic sourcing, supplier development, and performance measurement.
