Change Management Analyst
WMChange Management Analyst at WM supporting the planning and execution of change management strategies. Collaborating with stakeholders to drive successful adoption of initiatives and technology implementations.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the design and execution of OCM strategies and plans aligned with project objectives.
- Assist in conducting change impact assessments to identify affected stakeholder groups and processes.
- Maintain and update OCM deliverables, including change plans, stakeholder analyses, and readiness assessments.
- Draft and distribute communications such as email announcements, newsletters, toolkits, and leadership updates.
- Maintain communication calendars and distribution lists.
- Assist in the development and coordination of training materials, job aids, and user guides.
- Assist in readiness assessments and identify gaps in adoption.
- Support reinforcement activities to sustain change post-implementation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in communications or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, a High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four years of relevant experience
- 2 years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement)
