Logistics Account Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through accurate and fast processing of orders
- Provides logistics support for domestic and international movement of recycled materials
- Communicates and coordinates with other departments and partners to fulfill customers' needs
- Monitors inventories and anticipates production needs
- Schedules necessary equipment to move waste by-products
- Responds to customer complaints in a timely manner
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
- Two years of relevant work experience in a customer service role
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Basic Excel required
- Work experience that required the use of a computer
- Must be able to live and work in the U.S.
