About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for accelerating the rate of change across the enterprise by leading and/or working on cross functional teams to drive economic and operational efficiency.
- Manages small projects or portions of larger projects over long periods of time and across multiple disciplines.
- Develops new ideas and processes and manages pilot implementation to drive improved business operation.
- Develops and implements an effective operations improvement process.
- Utilizes financial analysis and data mining software/techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of current processes.
- Ensures process implementation and improvement through direct communication and solicitation of feedback.
- Manages one or more staff analysts.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Finance, Business Administration or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience.
- 7 years of prior work experience with a proven track record of continual business process improvement and innovation simultaneously meeting financial, operations and customer demands (in addition to education requirement).
