About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead supply chain projects from initiation through completion
Develop project plans, milestones, and progress to ensure timely delivery of objectives
Mitigate project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Identify and facilitate area Requests for Proposal (RFPs), manage project budgets, and drive cost reduction initiatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal customers
Perform supplier performance reviews, feedback, and issue resolution
Drive supplier development and continuous improvement initiatives
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain projects and supplier performance
Collect, analyze, and report data on project outcomes and supplier metrics
Present findings and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making and process improvements
Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned spend categories
Collaborate with Corporate Strategic Sourcing Managers and Area Procurement Managers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field or High School Diploma/GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience
Five years of relevant work experience
Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated expertise in project management, financial analysis, and purchasing
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
Advanced experience with strategic sourcing, supplier development, and performance measurement
