Sales Retention Account Associate, Bilingual Preferred

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Become a retention expert and resolve customer issues through inbound and outbound calls.
- Secure updated service level agreements and negotiate with customers.
- Upsell and close new business opportunities when possible.
- Manage inbound call requests and perform proactive customer outreach.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
- 1 year Business-to-business account management, inside sales (phone based sales), and/or customer service experience that includes a sales component
- Bilingual skillset, with ability to read, speak, and write fluently in Spanish.
