About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for taking action on coordinating, analyzing and completing requests for Customer and Material Master data setup, changes and validations from cross functional departments.
- Responsible for ensuring data quality and integrity is maintained by enforcing company governance rules.
- A key member of Master Data Governance for the customer and material workflow (requester or enhancer) and enforcing MDG company guidelines.
- Also responsible for completing data fix requests for sales orders due to various reasons.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associates degree or equivalent preferred
- 0-1 Years of Experience
- Experience with SAP (Knowledge of customer master, condition types, info records, PO Creation, etc.)
- Experience with Salesforce (knowledge of cases, sales opportunities, CPQ, etc.)
- Microsoft Excel proficiency a must- including Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, If/Then, etc.
- Must have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
