About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, coach and direct 8-12 Inside Sales Representative to achieve their assigned annual sales quota
  • Build and enhance a positive selling culture based upon achievement, accountability and respect for individuals
  • Serve as a collaborator and team builder across all Stericycle departments to maximize efficiencies and customer satisfaction
  • Communicate and enforce Stericycle policies, procedures and the Code of Conduct
  • Teach and coach ISEs to be proficient in product knowledge, sales skills and processes, system utilization (SFDC, SAP), customer communications and problem solving
  • Conduct weekly Pipeline Reviews to insure the ISEs meet their weekly quota
  • Forecast weekly and monthly closed-won sales
  • Achieve weekly, monthly and annual assigned quota for the team
  • Analyze team performance daily and adjust as needed to drive consistent performance
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
