About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manages the financial performance and productivity of multiple Operating Units
- Ensures that Operating Units meet or exceed annual objectives and successfully implement organizational initiatives
- Develops and implements an operating plan
- Reviews and evaluates performance on a continuing basis
- Counsels managers as to execution of programs
- Develops operating unit budget in a timely manner
- Attends regularly scheduled Profit and Loss (P&L) reviews
- Implements and maintains programs to improve safety, productivity, and profitability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or in lieu of degree
- High School Diploma or GED and four years of relevant work experience
- 7 years Seven to ten years of previous experience
