About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Directs all aspects of a service area within an assigned vertical line of business
  • Responsible for the management of their operating units' profit and loss
  • Management of budgeting, day-to-day operations, ISO programs and service execution
  • Oversight and direct management of personnel, third-party sourcing, pricing, and business development
  • Supervise and coordinate employee work and development activities
  • Develop bids and quotes for new projects
  • Accurately analyze and report financials and collect customer payment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Environmental Sciences, Accounting, Business or related field, or in lieu of degree
  • High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • 7 years of relevant work experience in project/business work within the environmental or industrial services industry (in addition to education requirement).
  • RCRA and DOT regulatory compliance experience required
  • OSHA 24-Hour HAZWOPER Certification required
