Key responsibilities & impact

Manages the full fleet of primary and secondary equipment
Coaches and develops field-based Fleet Managers
Performs site assessments/audits
Communicates facility support observations and findings
Provides field communications
Supports COMPASS activity
Champions a customer-focused, results-oriented, safe culture
Acts as consultant and advisor to leadership in assigned area
Maintains competency in fleet management, asset utilization, process implementation, improvement, root cause analysis, customer service, training, personnel development, and capital/expense management.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
Valid driver's license required
5 years of relevant work experience in the refuse industry, automotive industry, trucking industry or military maintenance background (in addition to education requirement).
