About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Directs all aspects of a service area within an assigned vertical line of business "LOB."
  • Provide a comprehensive range of innovative and cost-effective environmental solutions to assigned clients/operating units.
  • Responsible for profit and loss, budgeting, day-to-day operations, ISO programs and service execution.
  • Supervise and coordinate employee work and development activities within respective sites.
  • Collaborate with customers for service enhancements and contract renegotiations.
  • Manage financial and operating performance of assigned customer sites.
  • Ensure profitability and operational goals are achieved.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Environmental Sciences, Accounting, Business or related field, or in lieu of degree
  • High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • 7 years of relevant work experience in project/business work within the environmental or industrial services industry (in addition to education requirement).
  • RCRA and DOT regulatory compliance experience
  • OSHA 24-Hour HAZWOPER Certification
