About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Directs all aspects of a service area within an assigned vertical line of business "LOB."
  • Responsible for management of operating units' profit and loss, budgeting, day-to-day operations, ISO programs and service execution.
  • Develops bids and quotes for new projects, implementation of identified projects
  • Analyzes and reports financials, collects customer payments, ensures customer satisfaction.
  • Oversees Project Manager’s development of a safe work environment that complies with health, safety and environmental regulations.
  • Manages customer service issues and identifies potential contract/service enhancements.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Environmental Sciences, Accounting, Business or related field, or in lieu of degree
  • High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • 7 years of relevant work experience in project/business work within the environmental or industrial services industry (in addition to education requirement).
  • RCRA and DOT regulatory compliance experience required
  • OSHA 24-Hour HAZWOPER Certification required
