About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identifies and activates People solutions that impact the company's ability to meet business objectives.
  • Plans, manages and coordinates various People functions and organizes and schedules all necessary resources required to accomplish activities.
  • Coaches and advises managers, supporting multiple functions/departments on people matters.
  • Develops written and oral presentations that have high clarity and impact.
  • Oversees employee separation notices and related documentation and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
  • Proactively identifies and applies new ideas to adapt to changing work demands.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Industrial/Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience.
  • Five (5) years of experience managing human resource systems, process, programs, initiatives and professionals.
  • SPHR certification preferred.
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical & diagnostic skills. Utilizes data analytics to identify People insights to make proactive solutions.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items.
