Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborates with Business Partners to analyze current and historical business trends
Assists in development of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial packages
Performs forecasting, long-range planning and budget activities
Drives process improvements to ensure data quality and reporting standards
Executes initiatives that create value through cost management
Supports potential ad-hoc analysis as requested
Participates on and/or leads cross-functional teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years of Financial Analyst experience
MBA and/or CPA, a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
CPA Preferred
Strong analytical and modeling skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong presentation and communication techniques – verbal and written
Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and SAP, a plus
